Bomberman was a robot in a bomb factory who yearned for his freedom. There were rumors that escaping to the surface would allow the robot to become human. Each room is inhabited by monsters that must be neutralized, and the exit itself is hidden under bricks.

Bomberman is a single player top-down game with simple controls. In fact, apart from movement, the player only has one ability: placing bombs. Each bomb explodes in four directions, the explosion can destroy enemies or destroy brick blocks. In the blocks you can find bonuses that increase the range of the explosion, you can place additional bombs, increase the speed of Bomberman, or gain the ability to pass through walls. The goal of each level is to destroy all enemies and get to the exit before the time runs out. Hitting the exit with a bomb blast releases more enemies that must also be destroyed.

Bomberman is a simple and fun game for Dandy/NES. Almost everyone played it, because the game was on many cartridges that came with the console.
